Le Terrazze - Lilla is situated in an elevated position above the town in a complex with pool and tennis and is surrounded by rich forrests.

Description

To arrive at Le Terrazze - Lilla, a winding road leads up from Mennaggio to a residential verdant area, with a complex of apartments spread on a green terraced hill, with stunning views over the two branches of the lake. Varenna is on the opposite side, while Bellagio is slightly to the right and Menaggio immediately below.

The apartment is comfortably furnished, and whilst not having direct views of the lake, looks out on rich forests and lawns and has a relaxing outdoor terrace.

The swimming pool (20 x 10 mt) has panoramic views over the lake and is equipped with sun lounges, whilst the clay tennis court is also available for guest use.

From the car park, an ancient cobbled walking path leads down to Menaggio, passing through the medieval village of Laveno and further to the marvellous park of Villa Vigoni, residence of the German-Italian Cultural Centre (the villa and library are open to the public).
