Description

The photos give an idea of the quality of this wonderful apartment. On the first floor is the living area, featuring an open (ornamental) fireplace, a dining table for four and two armchairs. The kitchenette is compact but functional, with a five gas ring stove, refrigerator and electric oven. On the same floor is a twin bedroom with two wide single beds, which can be joined to form a king size bed, and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi shower. This bedroom opens to a small balcony, over the internal courtyard.

A flight of stone stairs leads up from the living room to the master bedroom upstairs, with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub, opening to small balcony.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €100 is payable on arrival at the apartment (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Notes regarding the rental accommodation

• Prices are based on 4 guests for a week. Shorter period rentals and discounts for smaller groups of 3 or 2 in this apartment are available. Please send us a query and we'll advise the availability and price these options.
• The rental price includes all expenses of energy, cleaning and linen. The apartments are cleaned daily with a change of towells.
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Our area manager is onhand to assist with bookings, advice and other assistance that may be required.
