Casa Terrazzo is a wonderfully restored traditional two storey, two bedroom townhouse in the midle of town, with a very pleasant rooftop terrace from which one can enjoy charming rooftop views over the rooftops to the Church dome and surrounding countryside.

Description

A characteristic narrow town house, Casa Terrazzo is accessed at street level where a few steps lead up to the first living level. From the stair landing there is a twin bedroom (can be joined for a double) and an adjacent bathroom equipped with a jacuzzi tub.

A flight of stone stairs leads up to the second level where there is a living/dining room with an open kitchen (4 ring gas cooktop, no oven). On this level there is also a comfortably sized and decorated double bedroom with a window looking out over the marbled laneway.

A further flight of stairs leads onto a furnished roof terrace complete with plants and an umbrella. From this vantage point it is possible to look over the rooftops to the surrounding countryside or back down the narrow streets to the church.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €100 is payable on arrival at the apartment (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Notes regarding the rental accommodation

• Prices are for 4 guests. Shorter period rentals and discounts for smaller groups of 3 or 2 guests in this apartment are available. Please send us a query and we'll advise the availability and confirm prices of these options.
• The rental price includes all expenses of energy, cleaning and linen. The apartments are cleaned daily with a change of towells.
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Our area manager is onhand to assist with bookings, advice and other assistance that may be required.
