Overlooking the promenade and adjacent to the panoramic piazza, Casa Focolare is a typical narrow, two story town house with pitched roof and tiled in the white polished limestone 'chianca' of the area. Ideally an apartment for two people, it can also sleep four in relative comfort.

Description

Near the panoramic piazzetta looking over the promenade, is a typical historical house on two levels tiled with the beautiful local white smooth stone, known as 'chianca'. The two floors are connected by a characteristic stone staircase, rather steep. On the ground floor are: a small living room with a sofa / trundle bed ( to accommodate two extra guests), the bathroom - note. The shower is open and very small, with no recess.

Upstairs are the matrimonial bedroom with an adjoining kitchenette (two electric plates-no oven), opening to a delightful little terrace with a charming sight of the maze of little streets and of the valley.

Special Notes for Casa il Focolare

Please note that prices are for 2 occupants of the apartment. Supplements of approximately €150 per week per person apply for additional guests.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €100 is payable on arrival at the apartment (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Notes regarding the rental accommodation

• Shorter period rentals are possible in some periods. Please send us a query and we'll advise the availability and prices.
• The rental price includes all expenses of energy, cleaning and linen. The apartments are cleaned daily with a change of towells.
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Our area manager is onhand to assist with bookings, advice and other assistance that may be required.
