Accommodation: ( 190 sqm + 60 sqm of terraces)

• The large living / dining area features generous seating area for eight and some interesting suspension lamps and prints; it opens onto a furnished terrace, enjoying an enviable position and shaded by native trees.

• Small but functional kitchen with all facilities.

A corridor from the main sitting room leads down to :

• Master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with combined bath tub/shower

• Twin bedroom (it can be made up as double on request) with French windows opening to the terrace and adjacent bathroom with shower.

From the living area, four steps lead up to:

• A double bedroom with French windows opening to the terrace and en-suite bathroom with combined bath tub and shower

• A twin bedroom (cannot be made up as double) with adjacent bathroom with shower.

Access: The villa is conveniently reached from the main coastal road ; it has its own broad private driveway, accessed and protected by remote-controlled gates. The driveway has shaded parking place for three cars.

Facilities: Sea water swimming pool (6 x 14 mt ) open from April 14 to October 27, outdoor shower, charcoal barbecue; Kitchen with 4 gas rings, dishwasher, conventional and microwave oven, toaster, espresso coffee maker, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Heating/air conditioning throughout, CD player, telephone for incoming and outgoing calls, satellite TV, off street parking

Maid service: 2 hours daily 3 times a week and change of linen once a week. Extra hours on request on confirmation of booking, payable locally. Approximately Euro 10,00 an hour.

Services: English speaking manager on call, local cook , breakfast service, food delivery and baby sitting available at additional cost
