This Amalfi villa lies in an undisturbed position, ideal for those who want to enjoy a quiet and peaceful holiday, but at the same time be near the many charming coastal towns as Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii, Paestum and others. It is situated on a rocky outcropping near a summit overlooking and is surrounded by a thick Mediterranean vegetation cascading down to the sea.

This villa rental has a generous sea water swimming pool (6 x 14 m), set in a large panoramic terrace of about 60 square meters and reached by a flight of 39 stairs, from which one can enjoy commanding views of the Amalfi Coast down to Capo Conca. On the poolside are sun loungers and a pergola for shade.

The interiors are inviting and welcoming, with local stone inserts in the white washed walls, rich terracotta floors and attractive décor.

Position:

This villa is located near Maiori, one of the main villages of the Amalfi Coast.

Distances: Maiori 4 km - Minori 5 Km - Amalfi 10 Km - Ravello 12 Km - Positano 30 Km - Sorrento Km 50 - Salerno 16 km.

All essentials ( bars, restaurants, shops, banks and post office) are situated in Maiori town centre. From April to October, frequent boats and hydrofoils run daily from Amalfi to Salerno ( 1 h) , Positano (20 min.). Sorrento ( 1 ½ h), the islands of Capri (1½ h.) and Ischia ( 2 ½ h) and the city of Naples are easily reached.

Airports: Naples approx. Km 70, Rome (Fiumicino) km 270.

Notes for rental of Villa Costa Divina

Villa rental prices include:

• Gas, water and electricity up to 200 Kw per week. Excess electricity consumption is payable locally at €0.42 per kw
• One set of bed linen and bath towels per person is provided per week
• Maid service for three hours, three times a week and final cleaning
  

EXTRAS - payable locally:

• Security / breakage deposit, refundable on departure (minus eventual damages and additional charges): €1,000.00
• Electricity useage over 300 kw is metered and charged at cost: € 0.42 per Kw
• Additional change of linen: € 12.00 per person
• Air conditioning / heating costs are included in weekly rental
• Additional bed/baby crib/high chair: € 50.00 per week
• Late arrival fee, payable locally for check - in after 21.00 hours: € 50.00
