Description

The interior is airy, with decorated tiles and comfortable furniture. The entrance leads into a corridor, along which all rooms are situated. One fully equipped kitchen room with a dining area, one sitting room with a double sofa bed and one bedroom with double bed, with tiled bathroom en suite with shower. All rooms have French doors ( with screens ) that lead onto a terrace furnished with tables and chairs, ideal for eating outside. Another tiled bathroom with shower on the opposite side of the corridor completes the accommodation of this lovely house.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 200.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Mandatory cleaning fees: € 50.00 per week including final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Telephone - not available;
• Electricity and heating costs are included in weekly rental.
