Accommodation: (250 sq m + 300 sq m terraces) :

Ground floor:

• Entrance into a lounge area with a WC and washbasin.
• Spacious living room, beautifully furnished with comfortable sofas, open stone fireplace, armchairs, antique chest of drawers with marble top, colourful rugs and French windows to the courtyard.
• Dining room with window onto the courtyard, antique and solid wooden glass case, sideboard and dining table and various precious objets d’art
• Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burners, open shelving, 2 sinks, 2 small fridges, freezer, electric oven, kettle, toaster, blender, washing machine and doors leading to the courtyard with outdoor dining area.

First floor:

From the lounge area 21 marble steps lead up to the first floor which comprises of 4 bedrooms:

• Master bedroom with standing balcony, solid wood table, 2 antique chests of drawers, built-in wardrobe, portable fan and spacious en-suite bathroom with tub, 2 washbasins, WC etc.
• Twin bedroom with wooden gondola-style beds, antique chest of drawers, window with views and ceiling fan.
• Spacious single bedroom with wrought iron bed, window with views, antique chest of drawers and built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan and doors to the main terrace.
• Double bedroom with window overlooking onto the main terrace, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, marble bedstead
• Bathroom with wall mounted shower, 2 washbasins, WC, etc.

From the courtyard access to the annex made up of four roomy studios (35 sq m each), each with external access and all facing onto the well maintained garden.

Additional accommodation is provided in two (communicating) roomy studios; the owner occasionally makes use of the other 2 studios with its own independent entrance and in no way interferes with guests’ privacy.

The 2 studios available for rent have been furnished with extremely good taste and great care has been given to the co-ordinating decor. Each has a double bed, en-suite bathroom with wall mounted shower, cooking facilities, bug screens, dining table, ceiling fan, TV, central heating, small fridge, outside seating area with dining table under scented lemon trees. The larger studio also has an open fireplace.

Access: From the private parking space located on Amalfi Drive, a short walk along the costal road (200 meters) will take guests to the wide flight of gentle steps (174 in total) that leads to a shady path on to the house. Adjacent to the parking space is a goods lift which takes suitcases, shopping etc. directly into the ground floor of the house.

Facilities: washing machine, central heating, telephone (metered), satellite TV, charcoal barbecue, fridge/ refrigerator, electric oven, kettle, toaster, blender, private parking is available for 2/3 cars (to be paid locally 120,00 euros per week) within private grounds, goods-lift from the parking to the villa.

Services: English speaking manager on call. Local cook, food delivery, personal laundry service, baby sitter, cot and high chair are available at an extra cost.

Maid service: Mandatory cleaning fee, payable locally: min. €300, max €350 per week. It includes 5 hours cleaning a day (monday-friday) with a change of linen twice a week. Extra hours upon request on confirmation of booking, payable locally - approximately €10.00 per hour.
