Access: On foot from the internal road along a 50m alley then down stairway of 25 steps. Services: English speaking manager on call. Maid service: 4 hours mid week with change of linen on Saturdays. Mandatory cleaning and service fee of €140.00 per week, payable locally. Food delivery service, private chef, baby sitter, cot and high chair all available at an additional cost. Facilities: 2 fridge/freezers, four-burner cooker, electric oven, microwave oven, TV ( Italian channels only), STANDARD VCR , CD player, charcoal barbecue, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing facilities and hairdryers.
Parking facilities can be arranged in advance at a weekly cost of approx. €75.00 at a nearby private garage located about 700/800 metres up the hill. |
