Technical description of the Hybiscus Villa rental:

Accommodation ( 90 sqm. + 70 sqm of terraces )

Sleeps 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms

From the patio, the entrance door opens to a small hallway.

To the left is the roomy master bedroom with beautiful ceramic floor, in built wardrobe and sliding glass doors opening to the sea facing terrace.

On the opposite side is an ante room, with a sofa bed, leading to another attractive double bedroom with wrought iron bed head, TV, inbuilt wardrobe and window with views.

On the other side of the ante room is a bathroom with shower.

Further down the hallway is an open plan living area, smartly decorated in blue and furnished with antique furniture, a comfortable sofa arranged around the open fireplace, a dining table and sliding glass doors opening onto the terrace.

The kitchen is also very smart: it has a breakfast table, several cabinets and is fully appointed with brand new appliances.

Right next to the kitchen area is a bathroom with shower.

From the living room another glass door opens to a paved garden, also with sea views. In this area you will find a barbecue and in built seating shaded by olive trees.

Access: From the main road you walk for 700 / 800 meters along a tiny flat street, which includes approx. 90 steps at the end. Note: To go back to town from the house, there are steps down to the lower part of Praiano

Facilities: Air conditioning/reverse heating throughout, washing machine, dishwasher, satellite TV, telephone, dial-up internet access, radio/CD-player, electric oven, fridge/freezer.

Services: English speaking manager on call. Porter service is included in the rental price. Local cook, food delivery, babysitter, cot and high chair available on request for an additional fee.

Parking is available on request on confirmation of booking at a nearby private garage (800 m from the house), at a weekly cost of Euro 85,00 payable locally in cash.
