This beautiful panoramic apartment covers the entire top floor of a tree-storey villa, built on a hill descending sharply to the sea and enjoying expansive views of the emerald sea below and rugged Amalfi coastline. Villa Hybiscus features a sunny 40 sqm partly shaded and furnished terrace, a garden with barbecue and grill and air-conditioned finely furnished interiors in a marine theme. Description: At Hybiscus, peace and quiet prevail: the access to the apartment is only by foot through a short pedestrian street connecting the upper part of Praiano to the Coastal road and joining the famous walking trail, the 'Trail of Gods'. This walk will allow you to discover authentic and unspoilt corners of the Amalfi Coast, where you will not find tourist crowds, nor colourful streets full of shops and boutiques but only authentic locals with friendly faces, old cottages and white churches looking out to the sea. The house welcomes you to a nice terracotta tiled patio adorned with flowering hybiscus. The accommodation, facing South East, is airy, bright and fully air conditioned; it has been recently renovated and consists of two double bedrooms, one opening out to the sea facing terrace and the other opening to a window. A large open plan living room opens both to the terrace and to the garden and the kitchen, fully equipped, is simply delightful. PositionHybiscus is situated on the edge of Praiano, a small village half way between Amalfi and Positano. For this reason Praiano is known as the heart of the Amalfi Coast and it is a great place to stay if you are looking for the authentic spell of the Coast at just a step away from the hustle and bustle of the more famous towns. Distances: The nearest general store is at 800 meters from the house; Bars and restaurants are on the main coastal road, within 20 minutes walk or can be reached using the convenient public transport service. A shuttle bus stop is at the beginning of the pedestrian road and ticket can be purchased on board. The bus stop for the long distance buses ( SITA BUS) is on the main coastal road within 20 minutes walk; ticket must be purchased prior to boarding at a tobacconist. The pebbly beach of ' Marina di Praia' can be reached in 10 min. walking by a downhill stairway cut into the rock above the sea but also by car or, in the summer time, by public shuttle bus. This enchanting beach, with a sea of the color of the emerald, is situated in a scenery of extraordinary beauty and is also home to cafes and restaurants offering excellent local cuisine, boat hire and a diving school. Positano is 7 Km away and can also be reached by public transport service. Amalfi 10 Km, Ravello 16 Km , Sorrento 18 Km, Salerno 45 Km, Naples Airport 55 Km, Rome Fiumicino 275Km.

Praiano is set in an enchanting location among the beautiful inlets of the Amalfi coast at 4 km from Positano and 9 km from Amalfi. Once an ancient fishing village and today a prestigious seaside resort, Praiano is know for its fine climate and authentic atmosphere. Praiano's beach, the enchanting Marina di Praia, is below the town at the end of the untamed Praia valley.
