Technical Description of  Villa Praia (550sqm in a property of 1200sqm)

Accommodation: 550 sqm:

The total area of the villa, developing over three levels, is 550 sqm . The outdoor area is 1,200 sq, comprising  terraces and gardens with wide panoramic views of the Amalfi Coast and the sea.

Ground floor - living area

The portico leads to the ground floor living areas which consist of a large dining room, two elegantly furnished sitting rooms, one of which boasts a beautiful fireplace and a reading room. The dining room leads to a large fully equipped kitchen, the laundry and a service bathroom.

Lower ground floor - Bedroom floor:

A staircase from one of the sitting rooms leads to the bedroom floor with six bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower. The rooms have a direct access to a large terrace with a view of the entire coast and two gardens on both sides.

First floor:

The first floor of the villa is not available to guests as it used for storage.

Mansard:

An external staircase from the garden on the first floor leads up to the mansard with a large double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower. These bedrooms overlook the sea and Positano.

Outdoors:

  • Shaded portico with retractable awnings. A huge open terrace overlooking the pool.
  • The infinity pool is situated on another large terrace facing the sea surrounded by lemon trees and flowers. It measures 17 mt (55 ft.) by 5.9 mt (19.5 ft.) with a depth of 2.60 mt (8.5 ft.) and is open from May 2 to September 26.
  • Children must not be left on their own in the pool area. The pool is equipped with tables, umbrellas, deck chairs and mattresses. There is also an outdoor shower with cold and warm water, a changing room and a small bathroom. 
  • The total capacity of the villa is 16 persons with the mansard and 12 persons without the mansard. Prices and surface area change for a reduced number of people. Excluded from the rental is the area surrounding the Villa (vegetables garden and gardens below the pool) along with the First Floor.

Access: The Villa is accessed from the Amalfi Coast road through 65 steps .From the property's main entrance gate, a stairway of approx 24 steps lead to the large terrace with portico leading to the day area.

Facilities : Outdoor shower, Satellite TV, DVD, CD reader, American coffee maker, kettle, toaster, five -burner cooker with electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and dryer, air conditioning throughout, oven and barbecue, washing machine, iron and ironing board , two hair dryers, pay telephone for incoming and outgoing calls, WI-FI internet access.
