Accommodation:

From the terrace and the furnished patio:

• Entrance into a dining room with a glass table for four; three steps down lead to a well-fitted kitchen corner with large window opening to the terrace. From the dining room an archway leads to:
• Sitting room with a window overlooking the road and the sea below.
• Bathroom with shower and an utility room.

On a mezzanine level above the sitting room:

• Double bedded area reached by a ladder staircase of seven wooden steps. Note that from the bed you can admire a full view of the Mediterranean sea through the same large window located in the sitting room.

Not suitable for elders or for people with reduced mobility

Access: 13 steps up to the furnished terrace. From here, another set of 13 steps leads to a roof terrace.

Facilities: T V, tall fridge, cooker, oven, dish-washer, washing machine, air-conditioning, central heating, parking area.

Services: English speaking manager on call. Maid service: 2 hours mid-week.
