DescriptionThe property has been developed into three independent apartments and spreads over 1,500 sqm of terraced land on three levels. A long driveway leads up from the road to the lower terrace at driveway level, hosting the parking area. From there, a series of wide and gentle steps lead up to a panoramic area with a good sized swimming pool, surrounded by lush lawns and furnished with comfortable, cushioned timber sunbeds, tables and chairs. The villa, situated on this level, and housing two of the apartments is of solid stone construction, recently refurbished to high standards but retaining the rustic character of the former farmhouse. Apartments Corallo (4pax) and Verde (5pax) sleeping nine people between them are entered directly from footpaths on this level. On the upper terrace, accessed along a winding footpath, is the independent attic apartment Primula which sleeps 4 and has a large private courtyard and roof terrace. The villa has spacious outdoor areas and well kempt lawns. Each apartment has a separate outdoor dining area, and when rented as a whole, there are a choice of large outdoor areas which can cater for the entire troup. Casale La Torre is an ideal holiday rental for families or groups of friends looking for peace and quiet, but also for proximity to seaside and to major attractions such as Capri, Positano, Sorrento, Pompeii. Beaches in the area are best reached by sea: a shuttle service from the nearby Marina will take you to secluded coves with crystal clear waters. A great selection of eating houses, ranging from simple, family run trattorias to famous restaurants, will complete your holiday experience in this amazing area, tucked between the Sorrento and Amalfi Coasts.
PositionCasale la Torre is accessed through electric gates off the asphalted road and approximately 500 mt up a winding driveway. Access to the beach: Generally not that easy in the Sorrento-Amalfi Coast, but you can reach a nice pebbly beach by car in about 10 minutes. There is a swimming spot nearby (about 700m) but is mainly rocks, like the rest of the Coast. Car is necessary to reach the coast. This locality
As the road winds out along the coast road from Sorrento, one can tangibly feel that they are leaving the city way of life behind. Local farmers (contadini) with their three wheeled Ape Utes tend the olive plantations that string along the rocky hillsides and every now and again the bushes open up to the stretches of blue sea and sights of Capri and the other islands in the Bay of Naples.> more

Looking out over the lawned areas and pool to the distant Isle of Capri, the Verde apartment has a lovely open feeling and is in a perfect position to receive light summer breezes. Decorated in rich tones of green and comfortably furnished it provides accommodation for 5 people in three bedrooms.

Rental apartment Primula is the panoramic attic apartment situated on top of the other apartments, but accessible from a separate terrace with large lawn area and shaded pagola for outdoor dining. The unit which accommodates 4 people has lovely views over the surrounding countryside and Capri and is decorated in rich primrose yellow.

Special Notes for Casale La Torre, Sorrento, Marciano, ItalyPlease refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit.A refundable security deposit of € 900.00 (€300 x 3) is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Mandatory cleaning fees: € 300.00 per week (€100 x 3) including 6 (2 x 3) hours of mid-week maid service, final cleaning on Saturdays and on departure;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

Termini is a jewel at the end of the Sorrento Peninsula which at 300 mts above the sea, faces out to the Bay of Naples and the Isle of Capri. The piazza has a panoramic balcony where one can sit for hours enjoying the fine views of Marina Grande, Tiberius's leap, the Faraglioni and Mount Solaro.> more
Situated approximately 14 km from Sorrento, the Nerano locality is a primarily agricultural/fishing community which in bygone centuries had little to do with its neighbouring areas. Blessed by a pleasant climate, wonderful outlook and steep sun drenched descent towards the sea it was the enclave of a small number of families who handed down their interests from generation to generation.
