Description Apartment Cupola, on the first floor is a large apartment for two people. The upstairs porticoed landing of the stairway is furnished with an outdoor table, perfect for alfresco dining in the cooler evening air whilst enjoying shimmering play of the moons reflections on the sea below. The entrance leads into the a large open living - dining room with open kitchen and separated by a wooden bar. A large window at one end lead out onto a small balcony, also with wonderful views over the sea and equipped with sun chairs. The bedroom is spacious with a large window looking up to Mount Costanzo, and furnished with a large robe, dressing table, desk and lounge chair. The bathroom is equipped with a shower.

Special Notes for Casale Marchese - La Cupola
Periods of less than one week can be booked in non peak periods. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 250.00 is payable on arrival at the apartments (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Services and extras (in Euros):- Cleaning fees are included in apartment rental including mid week cleaning with change of linen and final cleaning on departure.
- Additional cleaning of the kitchen can be requested at a cost of €15
- Electricity, gas and water are included in the rental cost (not including airconditioning and heating (see below).
- Heating for 8 hours per day is included in the period December to February. Otherwise it is payable on the basis of energy consumed.
- Airconditioning is available in Apartment Glicine and is charged according to electricity consumption (€0.30/kw).
- A Baby cot and high chair are available at a cost of €10 per day
- Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager.
Other information- The season for pool opening is mid March to the end of October;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
