Description

Apartment Orcio is accessed from the central courtyard of the Casale (adjacent to Apartment Glicine). It has two bedrooms and in the style of many 18th century homes, the second bedroom is accessed through the first. In the case of Apartment Orcio, the second bedroom can also be accessed independently from the courtyard.

The entrance leads into a small hall that in turn leads into a spacious double bedroom with vaulted ceilings and large sun filled windows. A further doorway leads from this bedroom into the second bedroom which can be configured as a twin or double bedroom.

The entrance hall also leads to a large open kitchen (cooktop and oven) with dining table. Double doors lead out to the pergola and garden area, furnished with a further table and chairs.

The apartment has one bathroom with shower only.

Periods of less than one week can be booked in non peak periods.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of € 250.00 is payable on arrival at the apartments (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Services and extras (in Euros):

• Cleaning fees are included villa rental and include mid week cleaning with change of linen and final cleaning on departure.
• Additional cleaning of the kitchen can be requested at a cost of €15
• Electricity, gas and water are included in the rental cost (not including airconditioning and heating (see below).
• Heating for 8 hours per day is included in the period December to February. Otherwise it is payable on the basis of energy consumed.
• Airconditioning is available in Apartment Glicine and is charged according to electricity consumption (€0.30/kw).
• A Baby cot and high chair are available at a cost of €10 per day
• Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager.

Other information

• The season for pool opening is mid March to the end of October;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
