Villa Sorrentina is a comfortable and luxurious villa located in an exclusive residential area of Sorrento, just 30 seconds from the scenic promenade by the sea. The villa does not have sea views, but it enjoys a great location, from which one can easily reach the centre of town by a very pleasant short walk along the promenade.

The villa, surrounded by a fragrant Mediterranean garden, features an above the ground pool and a private fitness centre. On request, the villa owners can arrange access to the nearby beach club facilities, located at a stone’s throw from the villa.

Description

The luxury Villa Sorrentina is of classic design, featuring beautiful marble and terracotta tile, parquet floors, bathrooms tiled with hand painted ceramic. It has fully air conditioning, central heating and Wi - Fi Internet connection throughout.

The interiors offer many spacious living areas and lounges. The entrance leads into the main foyer and on through the various living rooms and into the kitchen. A travertine staircase leads down to a gymnasium, equipped with an elliptical treadmill, stationary bike, various weight machines and its own bathroom with shower, as well as a stereo and TV.

To the left of the entrance is a spacious and luminous living room furnished with three large sofas, vertical piano and an open fireplace. Two sets of glass doors open to the terrace and lead to the front of the house. A small flight of stairs leads up to a small office corner with a laptop computer for guest use whilst a further small flight of stairs leads down to the formal dining room.

Directly ahead from the entrance, five stairs lead down to a sunken living room with two large sofas, a glass topped table and several windows looking out to the garden.Up a few stairs and separated by a two sided fireplace is a further dining room wiht a table for 10.  A service bathroom is located at this level.

A well equipped kitchen is located on the right as you enter the front door and has terracotta tile floors and bright green ceramic tiling for the rest. The kitchen has a large refrigerator with freezer and icemaker, a 5 burner stove, conventional and microwave oven. It opens to a patio, with an outdoor dining setting. Dinners can be organised on request.

Position

The villa is surrounded by a very high and safe fence providing good sound proofing and security. Electronic gates provide access from the street and there is parking for 3 vehicles. The streets outside are not main arterial roads and the traffic is mostly local residents.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €1,500 is payable on arrival at the property, in cash. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Check out is by 10.00 on the day of departure.
• The season for pool opening is April - October

• Additional changes of linen may be requested at the cost of €15 per person

• High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € 50 per week
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late or Sunday  arrivals. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
