Accommodation: 200 sqm

Entrance from a glass covered loggia, with open view over the blue water of the lake, onto:

  • A large sitting and dining room with open built – in kitchenette, opening to the garden.
  • On a mezzanine floor is a children’s twin bedroom (these beds cannot be joined)

Stairs lead up to the first floor with:

  • Master bedroom and en suite shower room
  • Twin bedroom and further shower room

At the lower ground floor – available on request to accommodate two extra people, are:

  • Twin bedroom ( beds can be joined to form a king size bed)
  • A large room with billiard table and shower room

Access: The house is accessible via a private driveway from the main road. Entry to the property is through electronically operated high wrought iron gates and there is parking for two or three cars inside.

Facilities: TV, central heating, washing machine and dishwasher; tennis courts are available nearby

Services: English speaking manager on call. Maid service for two hours a week (Tuesday and Thursday) is included during high season. No midweek cleaning is included during low and mid season. Maid hours can be booked upon request.
