There is ample space for outdoor living and the house’s interior is very light and airy with many access points to the garden through double-glazed French windows.

All rooms are very generously proportioned and there is all the cupboard space you might need, with modern, simple and stylish furnishings.

On the ground floor is a spacious living/dining room with tiled floor and dining table for 12. The sitting area has two sofas and a marble fireplace and seven glass doors opening to the terrace under the portico. Leading from the dining area is a gourmet kitchen with a table for six, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven and microwave. The glass doors open onto an additional terrace with barbecue.

A few steps up to the mezzanine floor with a double bedroom opening onto the garden, a twin bedroom (beds can be joined to make a double) which also has access to the garden, and a bathroom with bath and shower.

On the first floor is a twin bedroom (beds can be joined to make a double) and a double bedroom: both these open onto the large balcony with its exceptional views. The bathroom on this floor has a bath only.

The top storey of the house goes to the roof and is one very large bedroom with its own study area. There is one double bed, a single and a further pull-out single bed here. The room is well-lit from overhead.

The basement has a bathroom with shower only and another large room which is suitable for indoor games and can sleep two extra people.
