The contemporary sister villa of Villa San Felice situated in an elevated position overlooking the south western shore of the Lake Garda, between Desenzano and Salo’, just above the picturesque town of San Felice del Benaco. The area around the lake enjoys a microclimate and landscape which remind the Mediterranean shores: rolling green hills, olive and palm trees, blue skies in contrast with snow capped mountains in the background. The Salo' Riviera is a magical place, where the Mediterranean environment meets with the Alpine world.

DescriptionCompletely independent and built on three levels, this rental property is set in a private garden and has direct access to a pool which is shared with its sister villa (Paradiso). There is ample space for outdoor living in the typical Mediterranean garden, planted with oleanders, olive trees and citrus orchard. Villa Paradiso is located in an exclusive complex of villas, surrounded by lawns, leafy gardens, a nearby forest, and a sports center, including tennis court, communal swimming pool, bocce field. Interiors of the accommodation are bright and airy, featuring many sets of large French windows and modern furnishings and fittings. The large patio in the front facade of the house is equipped with barbecue, outdoor table and chairs providing opportunities for outdoor living during the summer. The nearby village of San Felice del Banaco is a quaint historic village with narrow cobbled streets and ageold stone buildings. The town is set in a cove on the lake which provides crystal clear waters and broad pebbled beaches. Nearby there are many other villages - Salo', Manerba, Moniga separated by farmland, predominantly olive groves and vineyards.

Airports :
For those travelling from the UK, the nearest airport is at Montechiari, Brescia, currently served only by Ryanair (they call the airport Verona-Brescia) from London Stansted and various charter flights.
Only 40 minutes away is Verona's Villa Franca airport which is served by many major European airlines, including BA from Gatwick.
About one hour away is Milano-Bergamo airport which receives mostly low-cost and charter airlines. Ryanair flies to Bergamo (called Milano-Bergamo) from Stansted and Luton, and so do other low-cost airlines from various UK airports.
Milano-Malpensa is a discouraging four hours away whilst Milano-Linate is about 2 hours’ drive (Linate is also accessible by short bus ride to Milano Centrale and then train to Desenzano) and receives the major European carriers from Heathrow, including BMI, BA and Alitalia.
The Venice/Treviso airports are also about 2 hours away, however the traffic on surrounding roads can make them a prohibitive choice for drivers. Nonetheless,it is possible to catch a direct train to Desenzano station by train via Venezia Mestre.
This locality
Salo, in the south-west of the lake is embedded in a long bay and has the longest walkway of any town an the Lake. The historic old town, which dates back to the Middle Ages, is a dense network of streets, alleys and small squares lined with elegant homes, shops, restaurants and bars.> more

Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 1000.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.
Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Final and midweek cleaning fees are included in villa rental. Additional hours may be requested at €18 per hour payable locally.
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €15.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (after 8pm) will usually be € 50.00 or €100 after 10pm payable to the owner;
- Electricity is an extra at €0.45 per kw;
- Gas for cooking and hot water is included
- Heating, if required) is an additional €230 per week.
- Internet is charged at €5 per day
Other information- The season for pool opening is from the beginning of June to the end of September.
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.

Lake Garda, whose waters are famed for their transparency, is the largest in Italy and was much loved by Virgil, Catullus and Goethe. The town of Desenzano is the largest and liveliest in the south of Lake Garda; its central picturesque piazza is situated on a cobbled pedestrian walk that winds its way around the contour of the lake, providing a wonderful opportunity to experience the daily passeggiata and inspiring views up the lake. Conveniently close to the main motorway and railway that connects Milan and Venice, it is a great base from which to explore the North of Italy. > more
