Casa Alberi is a lovely renovated holiday cottage situated in a small hamlet near Montaione, between Florence and the seaside in Tuscany. Nearby are popular excursion destinations including Empoli, Certaldo, Pisa, Florence, San Gimignano and many others. The villa, recently renovated has three bedrooms (all air-conditioned) with three bathrooms between the ground and sub-ground levels. At the rear of the cottage a large and luminous open plan living/dining room and kitchen open onto a lovely terrazzo which is also equipped with outdoor dining facilities. A brief stroll through the gardens leads to the in ground swimming pool.

Description Set in the lush hills south-west of Florence, this lovely old stone cottage still boasts the traditional high-beamed ceilings and terracotta floors but has otherwise enjoyed a thorough renovation. A large open-plan living-dining room with a fitted kitchen and a working fireplace provide a comfortable environment for a relaxing holiday and enlarged windows flood the room with light. A series of french doors open to an extensive terrace furnished with comfortable chairs, market umbrellas and a dining table. Contemporary comforts include private bathrooms for each of the two bedrooms, air-conditioning and satellite television. Outside, the cottage's fully fenced lawns and gardens are planted with old olive trees and lead down to a private swimming pool and furnished solarium area. Two of the bedrooms (and bathrooms) are located on the ground floor, whilst the third bedroom is actually a small suite situated partially underground and accessible by external stairs. It is fitted with a small kitchen and divan in addition to a large double bed and bathroom.

Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €500 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: - Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
- The season for pool opening is from May to September;
Services included and extras: - Cleaning - Final cleaning is an extra payable locally in the amount of €100 and not included in weekly rental.
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
- Additional maid service can be requested at a cost of € 15 per hour;
- Electricity consumption and other utilities are included in the villa price;
- Heating, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of gas;
- High chairs and cots are available at no additional cost;
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
