Villa Gardone, situated in the exclusive resort town of Gardone Riviera on Lake Garda is a luxurious villa in an elevated position just above the lakeside township. Surrounded by an exotic Mediterranean Garden the accommodation opens out onto large paved terraces and a gloriously panoramic infinity pool. The accommodation is split between two structures joined by a large portico with a full outdoor kitchen and large ceramic table. The furnishings are of the highest quality as are the state of the art entertainment and climate control systems. We've advertised two bedrooms, but there are in fact four bedrooms, two being on the lower levels. See the additional photos.

Description Approximately three minutes drive up from the lakeside drive, the private electric gates of Villa Gardone open into the paved driveway of the villa. Several steps lead up to a walk way that provides access to the main villa and a large portico separating the main villa and the summer house. The accommodation in the main villa is spread over 3 floors, comprising a spacious living room with fireplace and dining room on the ground floor which open out onto the paved areas, portico and gardens, and a fully equipped kitchen and service bathroom also on this same level. A broad staircase leads up to a furnished reading area on the first floor and an impressive master bedroom with panoramic balcony and a beautiful marble en-suite with Jacuzzi bath. On the lower ground floor there is a large room that has been furnished with a king sized bed. A light well provides fresh air and indirect sunlight and the room has a 6 person sauna and en-suite bathroom. The summer house is reached via a covered portico. On the ground floor is a lovely twin bedroom with two 4ft 1(20cm) three-quarter beds, opening onto the swimming pool terrace and garden and enjoying wonderful lake views. On the lower ground floor is a spacious and well furnished double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The portico area has a superbly equipped kitchen with a large oven, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a large Japanese style turn-table for 12 persons and another dining table and chairs for 6 people. There are 4 sun lounges with comfortable padded cushions and luxurious Italian towels.
Position Villa Gardone is situated 1.5km from the lakeside town of Gardone Riviera at 200m above lake level. The closest lakeside is approximately 750m by foot from the villa. Special Notes for Villa Gardone, Lake Garda Villa Gardone is For Sale. Until it is sold it is being offered for rental up to early September. Please contact us regarding availability and prices. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €1,000 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure. The swimming pool is open from May to September; Services included and extras: - Final cleaning is an extra payable locally in the amount of €150.00 and not included in weekly rental. The weekly villa rental includes 3 hours of mid week cleaning, although additional hours can be requested at a cost of €18 per hour
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
- Telephone calls and internet connection will be based on consumption at 30 cents per unit;
- The ADSL connection is via a mobile mobile connection based on a rechargeable card and hardware. The cost is €30 for 50 hours of use and a €200 security bond is required for the wireless hardware;
- Heating or airconditioning, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of energy;
- Kitchen gas and water costs are included;
- High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €50 per week
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
