• Bathroom with shower for the second and third bathrooms to share
• Double bedroom with twin beds (can be joined) and robes overlooking the front garden.
• Ante room with a divan that can become a double bed if required

Externally, the property has a fenced area of approximately 3000 sqm containing the villa, large lawn with swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 0.7-1.5m), trees including olives and mulberry.

Outside the fenced boundary the property extends for 70 hectares cultivated with olive trees, vineyards and seasonal crops. There is also a large park with a fishing lake and trails for mountain bike riding or walking.

The entrance is through double iron gates onto a flat gravel driveway with parking for 3 or 4 cars. The property has a live in caretaker who tends to the farm and is discrete and unobtrusive.
