Description

The ground floor Ulivo apartment is quite separate from the upstairs apartment by virtue of the sloping terrain on which the villa was constructed. The upstairs apartment has a separate entrance from behind, leaving the front of the villa for the exclusive use of Ulivo guests.

The paved outside terrace opens into an openspace kitchen and living room which is rustic in appearance and welcoming in all seasons. The bedrooms providing accommodation for 2 guests is of a good size and has an adjacent bathroom. There is also a sofa divan if required.

Beside the villa, a sloping walk way and stairs lead up to the swimming pool with panoramic views and well equipped with poolside furniture. Surrounding gardens are well maintained and provide a relaxing environment to stroll.

A security deposit of €150 will be required to be deposited in cash on arrival and will be refunded subject to any damage caused during the stay.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

• Final cleaning fees are included in the price of the villa. Additional midweek cleaning can be requested at an additional cost of €50 per service
  
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €5.00 per change per person;
• Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Telephone not available;
• Electricity consumption is included;
• Heating (if required) - €16 per day.

Other information:

• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
• Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
