La Chiesa is a lovely country villa set on a beautiful, panoramic road in the hills of the Metauro Valley. Built of local stone on the foundations of a XV11 century church, the house is situated approx 1.5 km from Urbania and offers wonderful views of the Pesarese Apenine mountains and surrounding countryside. It has been refurbished to provide a rental accommodation for a single group or split into two completely independent holiday apartments.

Description
This charming house offers accommodation in two independent apartments which can also be adjoined if desired. Comfortably furnished in typical, local style, both apartments feature beamed ceilings, local stone and tiled floors. Set in its own grounds, with a gravel driveway and spacious lawned gardens, enjoy the beautiful views whilst relaxing by the swimming pool.

The Alba apartment occupying the whole first floor of La Chiesa is accessed from a separate entrance and has exclusive use of a long veranda at ground level on one side of the villa. Enjoying uninterrupted views over the surrounding hills and close proximity to Urbania, it is a perfect location (TEST)

The beautiful ground floor apartment of La Chiesa opens onto a splendid garden with delighful views of the surrounding hills. Discretely screened from the upstairs apartment which opens onto a separate balcony, the apartment offers privacy and uninterrupted views.

Please send an enquiry and we'll respond with a firm quote. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security depositA refundable security deposit of € 400.00 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.
Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):- Cleaning fees are included in the villa rental price;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees. We will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;

- Heating (if required) is charged according to consumption of energy (metered).
