Tenuta la Fornace, Tuscany A hilltop residence with several buildings built around well landscaped grounds and large expanses of maintained lawns in the Val d'Elsa. At a lower level on the hillsides are the wine cantina, farm machinery buildings and olive processing buildings. The residence is comprised of three main buildings containing the ten apartments, reception, bar/games room and a separate 10 room bed & breakfast with dining room, lounge rooms and cantina. The apartments all overlook the countryside, except for two that look over the lawns and courtyard. These two apartments are the only apartments to have a private terrazza. All apartments are fully furnished and have a kitchenette comprising a four burner cooktop, microwave oven, refrigerator, crockery and cooking utensils. All apartments also have an open fireplace and have access to the communal BBQs. There are two communal laundries equipped with coin operated washing machines and irons.
