This spacious three bedroom apartment occupies two floors in a corner position and features two lovely suite bedrooms, one of which opens out onto a private patio with a vine covered pergola.
DescriptionThe entrance of the Daniela apartment is from the private garden area into a large living room with comfortable divans and armchairs. Rich tapestries adorn the walls and a large arch leads through to the dining room area. The adjacent galley style kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, gas range, oven, refrigerator) and also opens directly onto the garden area. A large bedroom suite with lounge alcove and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor provides access onto a private veranda with vine covered pergola. An internal staircase provides access to the first floor accommodation where there is a large bedroom with four poster bed and en-suite bathroom, and a further bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom and private lounge area. All the bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have orthopaedic mattresses. From the outside of the apartment a footpath leads 200m to the swimming pool area which is equipped with sun lounges, chairs, tables and also has a changing room and bathroom facilities.
