The Gardenia apartment is the closer apartment to the swimming pool having a corner veranda overlooking the play garden. The larger of the two apartments, it enjoys three bedrooms with three bathrooms. The apartments are designed to provide complete privacy from the other apartment and paved paths to the pool are well separated from the private gardens of each apartment. This is a very popular solution for groups travelling together or families wishing to have great facilities and a private space.

Villa Technical Description

Description


The apartment is set out on two levels, having both front and rear access. Front access is from the portico into the living/dining room and the back door leads directly out into the garden area. Off to one side of the living room which has a fireplace and satellite television is the fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher to make everyones holiday easier. There is also a large bathroom with shower on this level, handy if the divan bed is being used to sleep additional people.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms - two double bedrooms and a twin or double room. There are two bathrooms with shower on this level.

The villa is made of local stone and the styling of the interiors and furnishings tends towards redish tones and is comfortable rustic.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable on arrival at the villa (can be in equivalent $US or £GBP). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros):

  • Mandatory cleaning fees: €100 per week are payable and include fresh linen, weekly cleaning on Saturdays and final cleaning on departure;
  • One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €6.00 per change per person;
  • Late arrival fees – we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
  • Telephone - not available;
  • Electricity - is included in the rental amount;
  • Heating (per week if required) - according to the consumption of gas (metered).
Other information
  • The season for pool opening is - from mid May to the end of September
  • Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
  • Bicycle hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.
