Technical Description of Villa Giusti (500sqm) with pool in Tuscany

Ground floor: from the large entrance/hall going to the right there is a frescoed living room which opens onto the panoramic terrace and adjacent rose garden - dining room complete with fire place, offers a table for 14 people - a fully equipped British kitchen with direct access to the rear garden with dining area - the study with library, full of historical and ancient literary works. From the main entrance/hall on the ground floor an elegant staircase ascends to the first floor: on mezzanine in between floor there is a WC.

 First floor: a twin bedded room and a double bedroom with a shared a bathroom with shower - a master bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi & shower - a double bedroom - a separate bathroom with bath and hand-held shower. From the first floor, the tower of the villa is reached by way of a spiral staircase (not suitable for small children or elderly persons).

The Tower features one twin bedded room (or one double upon request) and one bridge room in perfect Tuscan style with extensive views.

From the large entrance/hall steps leads down to the lower ground floor, which offers with 2 twin bedrooms (one can be made double on request) with shared bathroom with shower; The first floor and tower bedrooms have air conditioning. This villa offers full maid and catering services upon request.
