Description of Rental Apartment Canaiolo

The entrance into apartment Caniolo from the west side of the villa leads into an entrance hall with stairs leading up to the first level and down half a level to a large games/sitting room with open fireplace that also opens out to the front of the house. On the left a double bedroom occupies a lovely corner position with double doors opening directly onto the garden.

Upstairs is a pleasant living room with exposed timber ceiling beams and lovely cotto flooring. The room is comfortably furnished with divans and some antique furniture and a dining setting. The kitchen off to one side is well equipped and overlooks the lawns to the vineyards and hills beyond. A door leads through to a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

Several steps lead up to two further twin or double bedrooms sharing a bathroom between them and also enjoying lovely views over the countryside.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit (€150 for San Giovese, €250 for Canaiolo) is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure;
• The season for pool opening is mid May to end of September.

Services included and extras:

• All cleaning fees are included in the rental of the property. In medium, high and peak seasons, mid week cleaning three times is included, whereas in low season, only Saturday and final cleaning is included;
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
• Additional maid service can be requested at a cost of € 15 per hour;
• Telephone calls and internet connection will be based on consumption at 30 cents per unit;
• Heating, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of gas;
• Gas, electricity and other utilities are included in weekly rental;
• High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €25 per week;
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
