Description of Apartment San Giovese

The entrance to apartment San Giovese is from the garden on the west of the house, nearest the swimming pool (75m). Beside the entrance is an external stairwell climbing to a covered veranda on the first floor and entering into a spacious second living room. A door from the living room enters into a hallway with two bedrooms and a bathroom.

The ground floor entrance opens into a reception hall with an internal stairwell leading up to the living room above. On the left is a large well equipped kitchen and breakfast room opening to the front of the house and on the right is a doorway into the ground floor living and dining room with access to the back garden.

The furniture style is in a typical and comfortable country Tuscan style with some antique drawers and sideboards. The outlook is towards the west towards Palazzone and the hills of the Val d'Orcia.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit (€150 for San Giovese, €250 for Canaiolo) is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
• The season for pool opening is mid May to end of September

Services included and extras:

• All cleaning fees are included in the rental of the property. In medium, high and peak seasons, mid week cleaning three times is included, whereas in low season, only Saturday and final cleaning is included;
• One set of bed and bath linen per week is included. Additional changes may be requested at the cost of €12 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
• Additional maid service can be requested at a cost of € 15 per hour
• Telephone calls and internet connection will be based on consumption at 30 cents per unit;
• Heating, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of gas;
• Gas, electricity and other utilities (except heating) are included in weekly rental prices;
  
• High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €25 per week;
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
