At ground floor is the entrance hall, leading to the living room, furnished with two elegant white sofas and opening onto the garden. Adjacent to the living room is a study room, with an antique library, a desk and a small single bed. Next to the living is the cosy lounge room, with a beautiful open fireplace and two pretty floral sofas. The dining room is also at this floor. It features a large open fireplace, a dining table and a sideboard; it has another (smaller) adjacent sitting room, communicating with the kitchen. The live-in kitchen, also with open fireplace, has a five burner gas stove, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave oven and a tall fridge with freezer. There is also a half bathroom on this level. A staircase leads up to the first floor, where is a large foyer opening to the loggia, providing further access to the house; the five bedrooms are all located on this floor. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with tub The second double bedroom (queen bed) and a twin bedroom share a bathroom with tub Two more twin bedrooms, sharing a bathroom with shower.
