Technical Description of Villa dei Putti (400 sqm)

The main villa is on two levels. On the ground floor, entering from externally is a large breakfast/dining room with open kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven, cook top, coffee maker, toaster) and fireplace, storeroom and WC. A further external entrance provides independent access to 4 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Internal doors connect the bedrooms two by two, however the kitchen dining area cannot be accessed internally.

A large external stone staircase leads to the first floor entrance balcony. Doors lead to 2 double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with shower and to a suite with a double bedroom on the mezzanine level and living with third bed down below. A large dining table for 20 people is down one end and double opening doors provide access to the terrace and garden area.
