Description

Six steps lead down from the street level entrance into the living room of Apartment Archetto. High exposed timber ceilings and clever up lighting on the bare rock walls create a wonderful ambience, which is complemented by the earthy tones of the soft furnishings. A loft at one end comprising a bedroom and corridor running the length of the living room provide access to the rooftop courtyard with beautiful views over Lake Trasimeno.

The living room is furnished with a divan (can be made into a double bed) and two lounge chairs and features an open fireplace. It leads into a dining space with a rustic wooden table for six. A door leads through into a fully equipped kitchen (4 burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave), and further doors lead to the bathroom and a twin bedroom. Stairs ascend to the loft over the kitchen/bathroom where there is a double bed and corridor leading to the rooftop terrace.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned and has an interconnecting door to apartment Meridiana that can be opened to accommodate larger groups (6+4).

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €200 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
• Please note that this apartment does not have a washing machine
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
  

Services included and extras:

• Mandatory final cleaning costs of €30 must be paid on arrival at the property;
• One complete set of bed and bath linen per week is provided. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
• Electricity consumption is based on metered use at 40 cents per kw
• Heating, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of gas
• Kitchen gas and water costs are included
• High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €50 per week
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
