Description

The Fontanella apartment derives its name from the small fountain adjacent to the entrance on a small piazza in the centre of the village. The entrance opens through double doors into an open lounge / dining room with two large divans, a sturdy table for four and a full kitchen (4 burner hob, electric oven, microwave, and refrigerator) set into an alcove. A door leads through into a large double bedroom with a window overlooking a quiet village street and an ensuite bathroom (no bathtub).

The proximity of the apartment to the Giardino apartment provides an ideal option for the accommodation of larger groups. From the apartment, an antique stairway leads down through the village to the lakeside (approximately 350m).

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Please note that this apartment is not fitted with a dishwasher or clothes washer
• Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
  

Services included and extras:

• Mandatory final cleaning costs of €30 must be paid on arrival at the property;
• One complete set of bed and bath linen per week is provided. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
• Electricity consumption is based on metered use at 30 cents per kw
• Heating, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of gas
• Kitchen gas and water costs are included
• High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €50 per week
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
