Description

Apartment Meridiana is an adjoining apartment to apartment Archetto and interconnecting doors can be opened between them to accommodate larger groups. Opening onto the cobbled street (pedestrian only), the apartment is full of character with 'live' rock feature walls, cathedral ceilings and exposed beams, a raised corner fireplace and a window into the raised mezzanine bedroom.

The living room is equipped with a divan and two lounge chairs and could accommodate a further two guests if required. A doorway leads through to the well equipped kitchen (4 burner hob, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator) with heavy wooden table for 4. The bathroom (shower) is adjacent and a stairwell leads up to the double bedroom in the loft with a skylight and opening looking down to the living room.

The apartment is fully heated and air-conditioned and provides wonderfully comfortable accommodation in all seasons.

Refundable security deposit

A refundable security deposit of €150 is payable on arrival at the property. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras.

General Information:

• Please note that this apartment is not equipped with a dishwasher or washing machine
  
• Normal arrival times are between 15:30 (3:30pm) and 19:00 (7pm). Departure is by 9:30 on the day of departure.
• Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
  

Services included and extras:

• Mandatory final cleaning costs of €30 must be paid on arrival at the property;
• One complete set of bed and bath linen per week is provided. Beach/pool towels are not provided;
• Electricity consumption is based on metered use at 30 cents per kw
• Heating, if required, is payable on the basis of consumption of gas
• Kitchen gas and water costs are included
• High chairs and cots are available at an additional cost of € €50 per week
• Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
