Villa Topino is a spacious and relaxing villa with views over the famous hilltop town of Assisi. In the garden there is a spacious swimming pool with a barbeque area and a lovely old wood burning oven. It is in a perfect location to visit many of Umbria’s famous sites and the villa provides comfortable holiday accommodation.

DescriptionLocated along a quiet country road, Villa Topino is a typical Umbrian country house on a large block. The entrance to the villa opens into a reception area with a large staircase leading to the first floor. On the left of the entrance is a well equipped kitchen and on the right, doors lead to a comfortably furnished living and dining room with a fireplace. A corridor leads to a double and twin bedroom, sharing a bathroom with shower. The living room opens out onto a covered veranda that is furnished for outdoor “alfresco” dining. Near the swimming pool is a lovely wood fired oven for the more adventurous and rustic cooks or a traditional barbeque for the rest of us. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, one of which is a suite enjoying a twin bedroom with private living area and bathroom with bathtub. The other two double bedrooms are large and share a bathroom with shower. The bedrooms have a nice outlook over the garden and pool area. Adjacent to the villa and attached to it is a large independent suite with double bed, a large living room and private kitchen. It is an ideal situation for extended families or couples travelling together.
LocationVilla Topino is located 1.8km from the village of Tordandrea. The property is fully fenced, although there is not a separate fence around the pool area. There is parking space for several cars in the driveway. Distances - Tordandrea – 1.5km – basic supplies, cafe

This locality
Assisi is a travel favourite, a simple and peaceful town with a rich religious heritage in a lovely part of Italy. It's a great town for wandering and exploring. Its narrow and steep lanes are picturesque and conceal plenty of surprises; hidden restaurants, faded frescoes, stunning views. After the earthquake it suffered in 1997, Assisi has been carefully rebuilt and restored; the town has a well-kept and proud feel to it. There are still repairs being carried out, and work on some of Assisi's frescoes will go on for years, but most of the buildings, streets and monuments are restored and open for business.> more

Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to additional charges and extras applicable to rental villas and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €250 is payable on arrival at the villa. The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. Additional services and charges - payable locally on arrival (in Euros): - Mandatory reimbursement of expenses of €250.00 per week are payable on arrival at the villa. The charges include utilities, linen, final cleaning on departure and cleaning on Saturdays for multi-week stays;
- One set of bed and bath linen per week is included in the rental cost. Additional changes can be requested and will be charged at €12.00 per change per person;
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking. Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 50.00 payable to the local manager;
Other information - The season for pool opening is June to September;
- Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager;
- Boats and bikes hire, food hampers, cooking and many other services mentioned on our booking form can be pre-arranged and prices will be provided on application.

Perugia is a lively medieval walled hill town with historic buildings, people-filled squares, and modern shops. It has a vibrant student population being host to a university and Italian language schools and has a vibrant program of events and festivals.> more
Castiglione del Lago on Lake Trasimeno is a lovely medieval village on a promontory and has a beautiful square and cobbled streets. The old town perches above the lake on a rock promontory inside its preserved walls and is surmounted by a renaissance castle. Boat trips are available daily to Isola Maggiore, and from there to Isola Polvese (a nature reserve) and Passignano sul Trasimeno. Castiglione has attractive free beaches, restaurants, bars and excellent shops, as well as an unrivalled atmosphere. It is a centre for culinary delights. Free parking is available outside the city walls. There are swimming pools nearby and an excellent supermarket on the outskirts of the town. > more
