Veneto - Treviso - Conegliano

Villa Victoria -

The magnificent and enchanting vacation Villa Victoria is nestled in the undulating hills of Conegliano, a short distance from Venice and other Veneto highlights. Conegliano is the center of the Prosecco producing vineyard area and is also known for its renowned enological wine school, and is also the home of the world famous painter Cima di Conegliano. The town centre is a few minutes drive from the Villa with its outstanding variety of shops, fine restaurants, open air markets, wine bars, and trattoria's.

A 30 minute train ride or 40 minutes on the highway will deliver you directly onto the steps of Venice. Padua or Treviso, and the mountains towards Cortina are within excursion range to the north.

Veneto - Treviso - Scorze

Villa del Doge - Dating back to the 16th century, Villa del Doge is one of the important Palladian villas in Italy built by the descendents of one of Venice's ruling families. The apartment is located in the left wing of the villa whilst the count and his family still occupy the central part of the villa. Guests are offered a tour of the main villa and gardens followed by an aperitif with the Count and his family. The apartment enjoys exclusive access to a garden area with in-ground swimming pool, pergola, BBQ, change room and tables and chairs.

The four bedroom apartment occupying the first and second floors was restored and partially refurnished in 2004. The walls have original marble plaster surface and most rooms have parquet floor and plaster decorated ceilings, while the bathrooms are furnished with hand painted ‘Vietri' tiles and high standard fittings. The whole apartment is finely furnished with many antiques and period pieces in keeping with its noble past.

The area between the seaside and mountains in the Veneto region is lush, green and predominantly hilly. The area is well known for its rich culture, famous castles, Palladium villas and Prosecco wines. In the midst of 1500 ha of semi cultivated hills and within easy excursion distance from Venice and the Dolomite mountains, Tenuta Collalta offers comfortable holiday accommodation in a quiet and natural environment. Two farmhouses situated approximately 100m from each other have been restructured into charming apartments, each with its own outdoor setting and bbq. An ecological pool (plant filtered with no chlorine or salt) is shared by the occupants.

Ca' Giardino -

Positioned in a small cul-de-sac, surrounded by small canals and ever so quiet, Ca' Giardino provides the rare opportunity of being able to relax in a well shaded and fully enclosed private garden. The accommodation consists of two side by side apartments which can be joined through interconnecting doors to become one single apartment for six guests.

The apartments are very comfortably furnished and the finishings include white marble floors and bathrooms, taffeta curtains and nice wall prints. The private garden is offered with the one and three bedroom combinations whilst the two bedroom accommodation has access to a small shared courtyard with a gate opening directly onto the canal.

Ca' Rezzonico -

Situated on the ground floor of a noble palazzo backing on the Grand Canal, apartment Rezzonico is a spacious one bedroom apartment for a couple or a small family if the divan bed is used. The windows of the living room look directly out onto the main canal and the 'barbers pole' of the private pier are clearly visible in the photos.

Ca' San Marco -

Ca' San Marco is a beautiful old apartment situated in a very historic part of Venice near St Marks Square. The entrance from a quiet court a few nooks away from the buzzing shopping lanes leads up 36 steps to the second floor apartment which has an airy and spacious living room with timber parquet and a rooftop terrace (altana) that overlooks a very quaint canal.
