Close to the lively piazza at Campo S. Margherita and the wonderful Carmine church, apartment Ariani is a lovely two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the first floor of a recently restored building. Modern and comfortable with parquet floors and exposed timber ceiling beams, it is a wonderful base for exploring Venice. In a few minutes stroll you can reach Piazzale Roma, the Accademia bridge with its art galleries, or wander along the well known 'promenade' fondamenta delle Zattere, along the Giudecca Channel.

Description The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building which has recently been completely restructured and is directly above the Raffaele one bedroom apartment. The entrance on the first floor opens into a large and luminous living room with parquet floors, exposed timber beams on the ceiling and four large windows on opposing sides of the room. The apartment is fully heated and air-conditioned (costs included in apartment rental) making it ideal accommodation at any part of the year. The furnishings include a divan which can be also used to accommodate two extra guests if required (supplement payable), some small armchairs, a television and a large wooden table for eight diners. There is a well equipped kitchenette with a 4 burner cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster and kettle. A door leads from the living room into a small bathroom (shower only) and a short corridor leads down to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom with double bed has two large windows and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. A hairdryer and iron are also provide.
Position Approximately 1.3m from the Santa Lucia railway station and 650m from the public carpark, Cà Ariana is in the lovely Dossoduro quarter of central Venice. Distances - Car Park - 650m

Away from the tourist crowds, the Dorsoduro precinct is an area to savour the Venetian life style at its best. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €250.00 is payable on arrival at the property (credit card authorisation). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: Normal arrival times are between 15:00 (3:00pm) and 19:30 (7:30 pm). Departure is by 10:00 on the day of departure. You will be met at the closest boat (Vaporetto) stop, unless you arrange a transfer in which event you will be met at the closest point to the apartment (please apply for water taxi prices) Services included and extras: - Final cleaning fees of €105.00 are not included in weekly rental and are payable locally.
- The consumption of electricity, gas and water is included in the apartment rental price
- Heating and air-conditioning use are included in weekly apartment rental prices
- The prices quoted are for an occupancy of four guests. Up to an additional two guests can be accommodated on the divan bed, however a local supplement of €63 per person per week will be payable locally.
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking (usually €55 to 23:00 and €70 thereafter). Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 70.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby cots can be requested and a supplement of €70 per stay is payable on arrival. Please note that linen is not provided for cots. Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
- Amongst our staff, we have some excellent cooks who are available to prepare home cooked meals in your apartment incorporating typical Venetian dishes. Costs are based on time and ingredients - please apply.
