Apartment Bianca is situated on the second floor of a small building between the boutique shopping area and San Marcos square. At only a brief stroll from each, it is a perfect nest for a couple seeking a romantic holiday with everything close at hand. The apartment is fully heated, air-conditioned and we were unable to detect street/canal noise from inside the apartment.

Description A secure door leading from one of Venice's lovely lanes leads into the palazzo containing apartment Bianca. The apartment on the second floor (walk up) is nicely presented with white washed interiors, exposed timber ceilings and elegant furnitur. There is a strong sense of style to the apartment which has a polished marble 'venetian' floor, murano glass chandelier and some lovely antique furniture. A cosy apartment for two, the living room with its pink marble hearth (non in use) is separated from the bedroom by a large pull back curtain. The large brass double bed is extremely comfortable and a further murano glass chandelier overhanging it paints pretty shadows on the walls. The kitchen is in a separate room reached along a corridor and is modern and fully equipped (4 hob cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator). The surfaces are polished granite and there is a generous peninsula table for dining. The bathroom (shower only) is situated between the living room and kitchen and is fresh and clean. It incorporates a clothes washing machine and hair dryer. In the area of apartment Bianca there is a wide choice of bars, restaurants, trattorias and shops of every description.
Position The apartment is situated behind the St Marks square on a small lane in the shopping precinct. Distances: - San Marco square - 200m

This locality
The most popular destination of travellers to Venice is the Piazza San Marco, at the end of the grand canal and featuring the wonderful Basilica San Marco with its golden mosaics and interiors. The area is surrounded by colourful lanes, tiny canals and shops by all the major brands.> more

Special Notes for Ca' Bianca, Venice, Italy Please refer to our Terms and Conditions in respect to rental villa and apartment accommodation. Refundable security deposit A refundable security deposit of €250.00 is payable on arrival at the property (credit card authorisation). The deposit will be refunded on final inspection excepting in the event of damage or for the deduction of extras. General Information: Normal arrival times are between 15:00 (3:00pm) and 19:30 (7:30 pm). Departure is by 10:00 on the day of departure. You will be met at the closest boat (Vaporetto) stop, unless you arrange a transfer in which event you will be met at the closest point to the apartment (please apply for water taxi prices) Services included and extras: - Final cleaning fees of €60.00 are not included in weekly rental and are payable locally.
- The consumption of electricity, gas and water is included in the apartment rental price
- Heating and air-conditioning use are included in weekly apartment rental prices
- Late arrival fees - we will endeavour to accommodate, but cannot guarantee to satisfy requests for late arrival. The cost of pre-arranged late arrival (if available) will be advised at the time of booking (usually €55 to 23:00 and €70 thereafter). Unforeseen delays resulting in out of hours arrivals (if available) will incur a charge of € 70.00 payable to the local manager;
- Baby cots can be requested and a supplement of €70 per stay is payable on arrival. Please note that linen is not provided for cots. Baby sitting services can usually be organised locally by the area manager.
- Amongst our staff, we have some excellent cooks who are available to prepare home cooked meals in your apartment incorporating typical Venetian dishes. Costs are based on time and ingredients - please apply.

The Rialto Bridge is one of two major bridges crossing over the main canal (Canale Grande). It is 10 minutes walk from the San Marco piazza in the direction of the transport terminal and is an important shopping precinct, colourful and very central.> more

Lovely open piazzas with vibrant cafes and trattorias, colouful buildings with the characteristic mix of Venetian architectura, and cosy small canals with countless bridges where you may even find a group of students gathering with a guitar in the early evening.> more
