Technical Description of Apartment San Marco 90 sqm sleeps 4

Door into shared stairway from small lane. Up 36 steps to front door entrance of apartment.

Entrance into the large living room with kitchenette, sofas, armchairs and a small piece of furniture on which the TV has been placed. Three steps leads you to two large window-doors that provide access to the roof terrace equipped, from April to October, with a table, chairs and a tablecloth.

The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, dishwasher, four gas hobs and a long wooden table with two benches. There are two bathrooms in the apartment; one small bathroom with shower and washing machine and another bathroom with whirlpool shower. The double bed room has special tapestries on the walls and a headboard that has been used in the Oscar winning movie 'The Last Emperor' by Bertolucci.

A small sitting room beside the bed room is furnished with two twin beds and a sofa. The detail of ornaments and antique furniture give the apartment a unique character.
